The kitchen of the Restaurant El Cal “Moixó” is a kitchen that pamper the dishes to the last detail, mixing traditional and signature cuisine. Our cuisine works with the products that the land offers us, depending on each season of the year. During the mushroom season we offer the tasting menu of the mushroom cuisine, where all our dishes are made and designed to taste the different types of mushrooms that are most appreciated by the forests around us.

All of our dishes can be paired with a wine list that highlights organic viticulture wines or small wineries, among many others. The dessert of the Quim also stands out in our cuisine; for its originality and elaboration. Quim has trained in schools such as Espai Sucre, making monographs on pastries and chocolates, where he has learned to work chocolate with great precision and dedication.
